- On-site and Remote User Training Sessions – Have turnover in your department? No time to train a new cashier, an applications processor, or an entire group? Our training services are highly beneficial for refreshing knowledge of system functionality, for training new hires, or for learning more about best practices for the use and care of your MealTime system. - Roll-Over Services are available for the all-important transition from one school year to the next. Ensure that students are all graduated, new students are all imported into your system, important system dates are rolled forward, historic data is properly archived and your system is fully ready for a new school year. - User Group Sessions– MealTime conducts periodic user group sessions with users in specific geographic areas. User groups promote community, encourage feedback for product development initiatives, and provide an excellent environment for user education.
